Planet Massage is open 7 days a week by appointment only.
Our typical hours are 9am to 9 pm, however, earlier and later hours are available by request.
Outcalls are available, worldwide service can be arranged for our clients in the yachting industry.


A Little About Us
From the moment you step inside Planet Massage, you will feel welcomed. Our quaint location just off the hustle of Las Olas, is a peaceful retreat that is sure to help renew & rejuvenate you & leave you with lasting memories and dreams of returning soon.
We have intentionally limited our practice to a small, well trained staff with just two treatment rooms, providing you with a high degree of personal service, relaxation, privacy, and attention to detail. We feel in keeping it small and personal, that we can offer more effective
treatments and service than your mega spas.

Sorry, we don’t do nails or hair, or waxing, just seriously great massage & alternative therapies.

Our office is tastefully decorated and designed to make everyone feel welcomed, special and at ease.

For Couples Massage, we have the ability to open the rooms to provide one great, large, candle lit room, to enjoy together.

Your First Visit, Spa Etiquette and Gratuities

Please come 10- 15 minutes early for your first appointment, as there is a little paperwork to fill out.

Clothing, and disrobing: Your therapist is a  Florida Licensed medical professional and will act as such.

If your appointment is for traditional massage, it is customary to disrobe to a level of your comfort. Most people prefer to be totally nude, as it offers the most comfort and allows the therapist to work without working around layers of clothing. Some people prefer to keep their undergarments on, this is fine too. All of our therapists have at one point or another massaged someone who prefers to be fully clothed. While definitely not ideal, this is always an option. It is important to remember that you will ALWAYS be covered (draped) with a sheet or towel and your therapist will only uncover the parts of the body in which they are currently working on.
In the process of your initial check in, you will have an opportunity to note or speak to your therapist regarding any issues you may have, areas you want worked on, or areas you do not want worked on. We can also accommodate special requests, such as the firmness of touch, and utilize creams and powders instead of oils, should you prefer not to be "oily" after the massage.

Chair massage, or reflexology, are fully clothed treatments, come as you are. NO disrobing is nessesary. Chair massage is perfect for first timers, at the office, parties or in group situations.

Stretching massage: This treatment provides for a combination of massage and stretching. In some of the moves, it is difficult to drape and requires much additional time. For this reason we request that you please wear underware to make things a little easier.

AIS ( Active Isolated Stretching)  AIs is more like a workout as opposed to traditional massage. Please wear stretchy or  loose, gym type comfortable clothing. Please no short shorts, dresses or skirts. 




Directions:
Our address is 811 E Las Olas Fort Lauderdale 33301. We are on the second floor, located in the rear of the building, directly behind "Flickers" "Prudential" and "Seldom Seen" gallery. We are adjacent the City parking lot, near the center. It's the only two story orange building on the block.

Please note, we are located on the second floor, and there is no elevator in the building. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, please call our office at 954-763-1619 should you wish to arrange service at your home or office. A minor inconvenience for our exclusive, super prime Las Olas location.  

I-95 North or South:
Exit Broward Blvd. Head East until you pass US1 (Federal Highway) Make your next right onto SE 8 Ave. Go a couple of short blocks and turn into the city parking lot on your left, after SE 2 CT and before Las Olas.

From the Beach:
Take Las Olas west to SE 9 Ave make a right. Make your next left turn into the city parking lot behind the Las Olas shops.

From US1, Federal: Highway: Proceed to Broward boulevard. Head east ( Right is coming from the South and left if coming from the North) Make your first right at the light, 8th Ave.

Go a couple of short blocks and turn into the city parking lot on your left, after SE 2 CT and before Las Olas.

Minutes from the airport, sea port, convention center, hotels, the beach, Wilton manors, Rio Vista, Victoria park, Weston Boca, Miami and Dade County, Broward county & Palm Beach county.


Cancellation Policy:

We are open by appointment only. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Should the need to reschedule arise, please do so 24 hours in advance. No Show’s will be billed at the full amount of the appointment and rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance will result in a minimum of 50% of the appointment fee being due. In some cases, a deposit or payment in advance may be required. Please be on time for your appointment, in all fairness to the other clients and your therapist, we regret that we are usually NOT able to extend an appointment if you are late. We strive to provide you with the best therapy and experience, please understand
That we need to remain on schedule to provide all of our clients the service they deserve and expect.

Payment Options:
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. Sorry, no checks, travelers checks. At this time we do not accept any insurance. You may find that our package/series pricing is cheaper than most insurance deductibles, and our massage is often superior to options afforded by those affiliated with the insurance companies.
We can work out an in house payment agreement, should you wish to purchase a series package for ongoing wellness and savings. Please inquire.

After your Massage: Try to rest, give yourself a little break and allow your body some time to heal itself. You may find avoiding alcohol and caffeine a good idea for a while. Drink plenty of water! Again... plenty of water. This will help your body heal itself and flush toxins which may have been stirred up by your treatment. This means at least 1/2 once for every pound of body weight. So, a 200 lb man would drink at least 100 ounces of water each day, perhaps more after a massage.
People often ask us how soon they should reschedule. There is no generic answer. What are YOUR goals? Do you want to come in once a month and relieve a bit of shoulder stress, or are you the proactive type who wants to do whatever is necessary to get to the root of the problem and perhaps NEVER have that stress again? Some people may come every other week or one a month for life.. And others may opt to come two or three times a week for a few months, we may help them with serious issues that have been bothering them and robbing them of quality of life...then we never see them again
