Changes to appointment times are accommodated whenever possible, however, please remember your appointment time with your therapist is reserved solely for you, as with all other time slots and clients.
We make every attempt to operate on a timely schedule for your benefit as well as the benefit of others. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations of less than 4 hours, or no shows ( failing to cancel in advance) will result in billing at the full appointment fee.
Your service is considered rendered in full at your scheduled time, whether you in fact make it, or not. This is as we have reserved the room and therapist for your exclusive use at your scheduled appointment time. If we are able to fill your cancelled time, we will take this into account and offer a credit if possible. Any changes we may make to your appointment with less than 24 hours notice are made without guarantee and are offered on the basis of availability. Additional fees or disqualification of discounts may apply at our discretion.
Please remember that we are open exclusively by appointment, and your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We regret that in the case of clients arriving late, we typically cannot extend your treatment beyond your scheduled appointment time. By arriving 10 minutes early for your first appointment for paperwork and consultation, you in turn receive maximum treatment time with the least amount of stress.

Holidays, peak times and after hours: At the
discretion of Planet Massage certain appointments may be subject to a
stricter cancellation policy including appointments during peak hours,
after hours and VIP appointments, "rush" appointments, as well as
special event and holiday appointments. By proceeding and booking your appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
